Progressive hob technology
Induction technology will change the way you cook and use your hob. Directly heating your ferrous metal cookware using a magnetic copper coil, heat is induced directly in the metal of your metal pots and pans so that the food is cooked quickly.
Extremely fast to heat up and offering better energy efficiency than traditional electric surfaces, the induction hob on the Professional+ 110 heats only the vessel, with almost no residual heat in the space around it.
The risk of burns is reduced and energy is conserved by such focused heat, which also gives you a level of control similar to gas for outstanding cooking every time. Five induction zones are provided to accommodate cookware of various sizes to prepare all kinds of meals as you desire.
Double oven action
The Rangemaster Professional+ 110 Range Cooker is fitted with two large electric ovens that give you the space and flexibility to achieve the culinary results you want.
The huge 76-litre main cavity uses conventional heat to give you different temperature levels and hence more flexibility. Prepare a delicious roast at the bottom whilst cooking dishes with shorter cooking times near the top.
Enjoy a further 69 litres of space in the second oven, which uses fanned heat for even temperature distribution that makes tasks like batch baking simple and incredibly consistent.
Extended cookery features
A separate variable electric grill is included in the Rangemaster Professional+ 110 Induction Cooker.
Gliding out smoothly, it makes loading and unloading food much easier and safer, and gives you a fantastic way to cook more healthily and add browning and crisping to your food.
A Handyrack is included in the main oven, sliding out with the oven door for easier and safer checking of roasts. The main oven is also equipped with a porthole door, making it easy to check on food without opening the oven door.
